Reflection from supervisor

What I did well

I treated my PRAOs as real colleagues. I gave them a real job to do.

What I could do better

I am unsure how well I handled two PRAOs: how to make both feel useful.

My conclusion about my PRAO

Emil was an excellent PRAO. He worked autonomously, thought deeply, worked concentratedly. I would definitely recommend Emil to any other PRAO handledare.
