Reflection from supervisor

What I did well

I treated my PRAOs as real colleagues. I gave them a real job to do.

What I could do better

I am unsure how well I handled two PRAOs: how to make both feel useful.

My conclusion about my PRAO

Julian was a good PRAO. He tried his best, even though it may not have been easy on him: he is not yet very experienced as a programmer (which is no problem) but he may have felt bad about himself due to this unnecessarily. He was polite, hardworking and I definitely recommend him to all other future PRAO handledare.
