It beeps at pi o'clock (i.e. 3:14 PM), for a bit longer than three seconds, at a frequency a bit higher than 3 kHz.

Unplug its power. Plug it in at pi o'clock.

You cannot. It only beeps at pi o'clock.
How to power the Minimal Pi Clock¶
The Minimal Pi Clock can be powered by plugging the USB cable into most machines an USB ports, such as laptops.
